Prep time: 25 minutes

What you need:

  • Juice from 1 orange
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 (6-ounce) skinless salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup whole-wheat linguine
  • 6 asparagus spears, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced red pepper
  • 1/4 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 sprigs fresh parsley, stems removed, and leaves chopped
  • 2 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated pecorino cheese

Equipment and supplies:

  • Medium pan
  • Medium pot
  • Pasta drainer
  • Knife

What to do:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, 1 teaspoon olive oil, honey, and mustard.
