What you need:
- Juice from 1 orange
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (6-ounce) skinless salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup whole-wheat linguine
- 6 asparagus spears, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced red pepper
- 1/4 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 sprigs fresh parsley, stems removed, and leaves chopped
- 2 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated pecorino cheese
